You need an email address to create an account. To connect billing next, you need a supported provider account with reporting permissions; Google may also need billing-export setup in its console.

  1. Create your account

Use your work email and a password of at least 12 characters. Confirm your email using the link it sends, then sign in.

  2. Create a workspace

Your free 30-day trial starts when you create the workspace. No card and no automatic paid conversion.

  3. Connect one billing source

Use the provider's required reporting credential for OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok or Google Cloud Billing. Review the source status and costs by currency.

The Token Observe trial is free. Your provider can still charge for model calls, model-assisted search and Google BigQuery scans. Billing credentials and inference keys are separate.

After 30 days, new workspace changes, model calls and scheduled billing collection stop. Authorized retained reads and exports remain available within the pilot's shared traffic quota. Trial scope and limits.

Cloud hosting keeps workspace evidence and supplied credentials on the service. Review the cloud data handling before connecting accounts; this differs from customer hosting. Privacy notice.

This is a small cloud pilot, without an availability SLA or independent penetration test. Billing access cannot recover historical conversations; activity appears only from requests you route through the workspace or supported evidence sources you configure. Read the security details.
