# How to get in touch

Choose a first cloud test with James Rooney, Token Observe’s founder. Bring a vendor list, a security questionnaire or an unfinished question. Start the free trial using the button above, or ask for setup help.

James will help you assess whether Token Observe fits and what to test first. If you already know your agents, providers or review requirements, include them. You can work through the rest together.

Send the details you want us to review. For setup help, the assisted form asks for your work email, with optional name, company, role and company size.

### You want to run an evaluation

Tell James which AI costs or agent requests you need to understand. Bring a vendor list or a question. He can help you choose a first cloud test or discuss customer hosting.

Write to: hello@tenhaw.com

### You are running a security or procurement review

Start with the published security details, data flow and support terms. Ask for source access if your review needs the private implementation or defect list. Send any remaining procurement questions to James.

Write to: security@tenhaw.com

### You have found a vulnerability

Email the security address with reproduction steps and the affected version. The customer-hosted licence permits security testing of your deployment, including commissioned testing. Its publication terms require coordinated disclosure of security findings. Read the security research terms before testing.

Write to: security@tenhaw.com

### You would rather read the source first

The product repository is private. Ask James about source access and a customer-hosted evaluation if your review needs to inspect or test the implementation.

Write to: hello@tenhaw.com, subject "Token Observe — source access"

## Plan your first evaluation.

Q: What should I bring to the conversation?
A: Bring the AI providers you use, a charge you need to explain or an agent request you need to govern. A rough vendor list is enough to start. James can help choose a useful first evaluation.

Q: Can I try the product before a call?
A: Create a cloud account, confirm your email and create a workspace for a free 30-day trial. No card or automatic paid conversion applies. Explore the sample workspace while you arrange reporting access. Provider model calls, model-assisted search and Google BigQuery scans can incur charges.

Q: Can our team review the source or host it ourselves?
A: Ask James for a separately scoped customer-hosted evaluation and source review. The published commercial source-available licence is a draft requiring legal review; a signed agreement sets the final scope and fees. Cloud and customer-hosted custody and operating requirements differ.

Q: Where can procurement check the full details?
A: Read the security page for custody, data flow, current controls and pilot limits. The commercial FAQ covers licensing, support, data processing and exports. No availability SLA, SOC 2 or ISO certification, or independent penetration test is offered.
